Located in the heart of Green Provence, the organic village of Correns is characterised by the omnipresence of waters, with the river Argens and its 16 fountains in the village center. Since the Middle Ages, monks have made the village famous for its vineyards, especially for its white wines. This is still the strength of the commune, which was named the first BIO village in France. Fort Gibron dominates the village. On the outskirts of the village is Vallon Sourn, an exceptional nature reserve for nature lovers.
With the acquisition of the Domaine de Miraval, Brad Pitt made this winery world famous. The domain consists of a 17thᵉ century Provençal-style château and bastide, an estate with a pine forest, an olive grove and 30 hectares of vineyards.
Domaine Saint Andrieu, Domaine de la Grande Pallière, Domaine Aspras and many other vineyards are located in this beautiful landscape.
This rural region is very popular for country properties, authentic village cottages, flats and studios for holiday rentals, houses nestled in nature and wineries.
