GRIMAUD

The charming commune of Grimaud is located between the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. The medieval village is overlooked by an 11th century castle and lies in the heart of the Maures Massif. The village of Grimaud has retained its typical Provençal character, a haven of peace where a medieval atmosphere reigns, reflected in the architecture of the houses, the alleys and the castle. The beautiful beaches along the peninsula and the seaside resort of Port-Grimaud are a tribute to the maritime charm of the Mediterranean.

Designed by the architect François Spoerry, Port Grimaud is one of the most famous seaside resorts in the world. It is a colourful port that lives up to its nickname "Little Venice of Provence" and proudly bears the label "Heritage of the 20th Century".

In the lagoon town, in the heart of the village or in the golfing districts of La Bartole, Beauvallon or Les Hauts de Grimaud, the architecture is very varied: fishermen's houses with their private mooring, country houses and stone houses, or modern and outstanding villas with swimming pools and tennis courts overlooking the Mediterranean.
